Baseball Babe #41 Honors Eric Hosmer Kansas City Royals 1st HR

The highly touted prospect first base Eric Hosmer is starting his ascension to becoming a rookie phenom.
Eric Hosmer of the Kansas City Royals hit his first major league home run a thunderous second decker in right field.
The home run was the start of the drama against the all mighty New York Yankees, he then in the 11th inning hit a clutch blooper driving in Chris Getz for the winning run.
The Royals seem to be getting the farm to produce, the next big call up might be third baseman Mike Moustakas adding to the threat in the central. Congrats to Eric Hosmer!
