Superbowl XLV
Superbowl XLV is coming to North Texas and Texas Stadium. With all the craziness around the big game, the tailgate parties, the betting and the commercials we must put the teams first. So I am going to attempt to bring some insight to all the playoff teams heading into the road to the Superbowl XVL.
AFC:
- New England Patriots
- Quarterback Tom Brady must keep his stellar MVP like performance going to have a clear shot.
- The two rookie tight ends Aaron Hernandez and Rob Gronkowski will play a key roll.
- Pittsburg Steelers
- Big Ben Roethlisberger needs to stay healthy to take them back, as he has done it before!
- The heart of the team is the Steeler defense and they hope to come up big!
- Indianapolis Colts
- Not his best year, but never count out the arm of Peyton Manning.
- On the other side of the ball, Dwight Freeney will be coming hard and fast at the opposing quarterback.
- Kansas City Chiefs
- The key to this team is Matt Cassel and his ability to find a reciever.
- Will Dwayne Bowe play? And will he be effective?
- Baltimore Ravens
- The target for defenses will be the strong-armed Joe Flacco can he stay upright?
- Helping Joe will be the all purpose back Ray Rice.
- New York Jets
- Is the year this year for Mark Sanchez? Can he led them to the promise land?
- Will the tandem backs Shonn Greene and Ladanian Tomlinson get it done?
NFC:
- Atlanta Falcons
- Quaterback Matt Ryan is armed and ready to make it happen this year!
- Taking the out pattern like no other will be Roddy White.
- Chicago Bears
- Keeping the great offenses off the field will be a tough Bears defense.
- The ultimate TD threat that comes from Bear country is Devin Hester.
- Philadelphia Eagles
- "Number 7", "The Comeback", "MVP Candidate" Michael Vick will be looking to entertain the crowds with his versatile playmaking.
- Seattle Seahawks
- Will Pete Carroll get college National Championship and a Super Bowl Trophy?
- There will be pressure on Matt Hasselbeck to take the worst rated team going into the playoffs to wearing the ring!
- New Orleans Saints
- 2010 Superbowl MVP Drew Brees will be looking to REPEAT!
- The running corps are down so will Reggie Bush be able to carry the load?
- Green Bay Packers
- Overcoming adversity was the season for the Packers, but Aaron Rodgers is primed for the playoffs.
