The Cleveland Indians are just a half game back for a wild card spot chasing the Texas Rangers.
Nick Swisher gets the Baseball Babe Award for over his last five games he is hitting .350 with 7 hits over 20 at bats with 6 runs and 3 home runs for the Tribe.
The Indians have 12 games of the regular season. They take on the Houston Astros, Kansas City Royals, Chicago White Sox and the Minnesota Twins to end the season. All tribe fans are hoping the baseball gods are looking down on them.
Nick has been over the season a real asset in the locker room as a veteran, a leader and a clown. He has help keep the Tribe in the hunt as season. Swish has morally supporting his team and not the letters on the back of the jersey!
The fans have been sparse at the ballpark but as a Tribe fan in Dallas Tx. I will support my Indians even if I am getting grief from the hometown Texas Rangers fans back home. Go Tribe!
