It's championship time and a headliner game that could have huge implications heading into the NCAA Bracketology weekend. Both teams have all of the talent and coaching savvy to lead their team to at least the final four and possibly take the whole tournament. First, they have to look to winning the Big Ten Championship and what a springboard to the dance. The number seven Buckeyes and the number eight Spartans in the country square off on the court to settle who is the best. Both teams could have a shot at a number one seed with the (6) Duke Blue Devils and (3) Kansas Jayhawks both losing their respectable conference tournaments
The Spartans took down the Iowa Buckeyes and the Wisconsin Badgers to earn the shot at the title both in an easy fashion.
The Tom Izzo, Big Ten Coach of the Year, team will be ready as tourney time is where he does his best work.
The team has a star in forward Draymond Green, Big Ten Player of the Year, is the leader scoring on the team with 16.2 point per game along with 10.4 rebounds per game also leading the team a true leader on the court. He will give you all out effort filling up the stat sheet and igniting the fans.
The Buckeyes played with the Purdue Boilermakers and the Michigan Wolverines to get their chance at the Big Ten Title.
The last game of the regular season which Ohio State beat Michigan State could open eyes to both coaches and how they will approach the game.
The star is a household name in Jared Sullinger barely missing that Big Ten Player of the Year won by Green will come out to prove that he is the best in the conference. His 17.5 points a game and 9.3 rebounds per game regular season will fuel the Buckeyes in this rivalry.
