Football Babe #1 Honors Randy Moss San Francisco 49ers One Year Contract

Well, Alex Smith has someone else to throw to other than Michael Crabtree in San Francisco. The 49ers signed veteran Randy Moss to a one year contract Monday to help Smith stretch the field.
After being drafted and playing seven great trying years with the Minnesota Vikings that could have led to an Hall of Fame career Randy Moss moved on!

Oakland Raiders wanted and had their chance to keep him happy, but failed to get the ball to him and had to let him go allowing him to hook up with Tom Brady!

Hoping that three teams last year New England Patriots, Minnesota Vikings and Tennessee Titans let the wide receiver with 4.4 speed, while trying out for the New Orleans Saints last week, go to soon.
Now the passion or love of the game 35 years old he still has the speed and a desire to be a threat for the 49ers that could ultimately get them over the edge and finish what they started last year a run at the Super Bowl and win it.

Right now Moss ranks 9th all time in career receptions with 954 he will be looking to reach 1,000!
He ranks 5th all time in receiving yards with 14,848 and trying to eclipse 15,000 should be easy!
The receiving touchdowns at 153 ranks him second tied with ex 49er Terrell Owens and 44 behind the great 49ers legend Jerry Rice. He should take the two number to spot all by himself  while wearing the 49ers helmet!
